I have noticed that when my Mavic is in normal mode, when I push the stick all the way forward, it goes very slow at first, then suddenly speeds up. At other times it stays slow, and sometimes it goes to full speed immediately as expected.

Any ideas?

Stock gains. The acceleration is sudden. It's almost like it is miscalculating the speed when it starts moving.

from what I read on other topics this is a problem induced by the latest .400 firmware

Could you please export the flight data via DJI Assistant then upload it to dropbox and send me the link?

I noticed the same with my Mavic after updating to .400 firmware. Right stick 100% forward gives a very slow movement for a second, then it starts to speed up normally.

i noticed this too. i disabled oa and it went back to normal speed
