Did you notice this after a firmware update or is this right out of the box?

Was your AC level?  It's best to level it as much as possible beforehand.

Yes, it was after my first upgrade, after getting it out of the box.

Did the IMU fail like this prior to performing the update, or were you not able to check? If you just got it recently, then you may want to consider getting an exchange through your dealer.
