My P4 recently crashed and ended up in salt water. The drone of course is dead. Such is life. However I have several 720p videos on the ipad air that I was using on the controler. How can I get those videos onto my computer?

You can use ITunes from your PC. Once you have your iPad hooked up to the PC and setup go to the iPad device, then apps, scroll down and you will see DGI go, the files you want are in the videoCache folder on the iPad.
This video will help, it's for flight logs but you do the same thing for videos just another folder. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mn3Vhx6WstI

Were you able to salvage your drone? I had mine fell on salt water(5-10mins) and until now it is running good.
Salt water, along with liquids in general, are electronic device killers. It very rare for a water damaged unit to survive after contact. Salt water is also more corrosive that fresh water.

Thanks for the reply DJI Jamie. But I was just letting him know that my drone did fell on salt water but is still running 100% without any issues. I did have my motors replaced but that is all (not done by DJI as per customer service my drone was gone, he said the same thing as what you said)

You may be one of the few that may have lucked out for now. You do want to keep a close eye on it, because there is a chance that it could go south in the long run. You're not using a salt water damaged battery, correct?

Yeah, I got lucky. I have been very careful flying it, always away from people. I discarded it already.

Good to hear you got rid of the battery, Salt water is highly conductive and it can be a disaster when it comes into contact with a battery.
Yup. Thanks for reminding me. The forum helped me so much. I learned so many info.
