Thank you, Richard.

The 45mm wobbled slightly when the Inspire 1 Pro struggled sideway in full throttle alongside with the Giants. I should have freed up the gimbal, and let the airframe cutting through the air in forward moving posture for those shots.

Henry, your skills shine as usual, but this vehicle carrier is the ugliest ship I've ever seen ...

Very nice video.  What is your shuttle speed when shooting with the 45mm?
Thanks.

Thank you, Matthew.

In nature, form-follows-function usually gives rise to beautiful appearance, e.g. the eagles, the leopards, the Coast Redwood, and the dolphins.

Some man-made objects designed and crafted according to the principle of form-follows-function are also usually beautiful, e.g. the Concorde supersonic jet airliner, the famous supercars, the Parthenon, & the speed boats.

BUT this vehicles carrier...... I totally agree with you, it's ugly.

But it is damn efficient as far as loading / unloading is concerned! It was heading to the Victoria Harbour in HK when I spotted and filmed it in yesterday morning but I found it departing from HK already several hours later, having completed all planned unloading of vehicles.

Thank you, Linh9,

All my attention was to maintain eye contact with my Inspire 1 Pro trying to maintain its speed, keeping its posture with and safe distant from the Giants. I did not recognise until having finished the manoeuvring and looked at my iPad air that the aperture was set to f/2.2! The shutter speed was in the awful 1/1200 range. I should have closed it down to f/8.

Henry, as much as the images of classic junk boats with Hong Kong highrisers background are soooo cliche, perhaps this may be more appealing to my taste. I'm sure the place you're lucky (?) to live in is offering endless opportunities for beautiful imagery, weather limitations aside.

Cheers,
Matthew

Hi Matthew,

Nothing here can compare with the beauties around the destinations you have stayed in your lengthy summer retreats with your wonderful solar panelled boat.

When we were young here, we enjoyed clear blue sky in winter time without any dust, fog, or whatever pollutant in the north prevailing wind. Time flies. Now there are thousands of industrial undertakings and millions of vehicles in Mainland China. Here, clear blue sky in winter time is as rare as finding a needle in open sea!

Thank you, Jamie.

DJI's wonderful release of the M200 series is keeping you busy these days I think. But nothing more interesting than introducing cutting edge innovations to all of us, right?

Cheers,

Hi Henry,

Very nice video, did you need to balance the 45mm with special balance rings, or could you mount directly?

Best Regards

Thank you, Jan.

No special balance ring was used. I just put on a standard UV filter to the 45mm lens with the X5.

Thank you, Mercury451.

Did you receive your I2 back from DJI? Would like to know if your landing gear problem has now been fixed.
