In DJi GO 4, at least with a Mavic Pro, in camera settings, we can find a switch named "En Bref" … who knows what this setting is used for ?

Thank you

Can you post a screenshot?  I suppose it's a poor translation.

In the English version of the settings, this would be the "Long Exposure Preview" switch.  This makes no sense in the translation.

Hello,

Thank for your answer ... Unfortunately I think "En Bref" is not "Long Exposure Preview"...
In my screenshot, there is an option just above "Auto Sync HD Photo", with is "Autoriser avertissement surexposition" ... which literaly means "Enable over exposure warning" ... probably samething as "Long Exposure preview" ...

The ""Autoriser avertissement surexposition" " displays shading over over exposed parts of the video./pictures … do you agree ?

That's why I said the translation for En Bref makes no sense.  In the English version, above the Auto Sync HD Photo is also a switch called "Over Exposure Warning".  The "Long Exposure Preview" is where your En Bref is located, below Auto Sync HD Photo.  So, two different switches.

Hi @Petroboy …

Finally your are right ! this is a translation fantasy …
I decided to switch my iPhone from French to English, then I relaunch the app, and I have now 2 options : "Over exposing warning" and "Long Exposure Preview" …

And now, my new question : what are exactly these 2 options ("Over exposing warning" and "Long Exposure Preview")

Thanks

I have not used either of these, but I think the Over Exposure Warning is self-evident.  Likely a warning will pop up on your screen if the settings are causing a badly over exposed picture.  I can only guess that the Long Exposure Preview would have to do with taking a multi-second, low light (night) shot.

Over Exposure warning will cover blown out (White) areas of the photo on your device with diagonal black and white stripes (this of course does not appear in the video or photo that is recorded)

Long exposure preview I haven't used but I would guess approximates what a long exposure setting would look like since in "Live view" it won't look similar at all.

Sometimes, there are french words or expressions used in US/English apps or products, like Apple which was using "Rendez-Vous" then "Bonjour" for one of its network technology … I was thinking that "En Bref" was one of them, one expression, that should display the same, when in english … but no … why didn't they translate word by word this option ?
Now I will try to understand what they do both …

Thank you for your help
