Waiting for Mavic to be recieved for Repair

Sent in my Mavic for repair.  It was delivered on 2/24 and Online repair service still does not show it as recieved.  Was wondering how long it takes to recieve package from dock to unpacking.

They received mine on 2/23 and just last night it updated as received, and damage assessment. I'm guessing yours will update sometime today.

Same thing here they received my mavic on Monday the 27th as of now March 1st it still doesn't show as received. It says on the repair progress page that he should take one day to unbox it and consider it received ,obviously that's not the case.

Mine was exactly the same, but this afternoon they have marked as received.  They also had received on Monday.  Must be Mondayitis....

You guys are lucky, in Germany my return for 'Jello' problems was received by DJI on the 15th of February and they still havent booked it into the return system.

Pretty appalling really, this was a faulty product out of the box yet i'm kept waiting in line as if I did something wrong and am asking for their help

Still waiting for an answer from DJI to my case, the support ticket is now 3 days with no answer and my Mavic was delivered to them on 15th February.

Why are they making people wait so long? This product was faulty out of the box with their 'jello' issue and blurred corners.

Why is my return sitting on their shelf for 16 days without even being booked in?

OK, Update, Was received on 3/2/17.  Went very quickly through the diagnosis and determined they were going to use my first refresh and sent me a quote for $79.  I payed on 3/2/17.  Payment was confirmed on 3/3/17.  Now it is 3/8/17 and still no ship notice for replacement.  Still waiting patiently.  Hopefully it won't take much longer.  Case# CAS-464639-S3X9L2

Another day gone by and still nothing.  Maybe they are waiting for a shipment of new Mavics and that is why the wait.  I also wonder where it will ship out of.  LA or China.

Well it has been a week since my last post and still no notice of shipment it is 3/16/17.  One more day left in the week.  Maybe there is a blessing that it might ship tomorrow, but haven't seen anyone else on the forums that have been waiting saying that they have seen a shipment either. A shipment of Mavics units are expected to arrive next week. All older units will be prioritized in order to be addressed as soon as the means have become available.

Total update!  I just received a shipping notice and should have my Mavic back very soon. 3/20/17.  Only took one month to get it to this point.
