So I have my Mavic hooked up to my laptop and I have opened the Assistant 2 program.

When I go to the flight records tab at the left of the screen and click on it, a rotating circle appears in the centre of the screen and nothing else happens. It’s been like this for 20mins or more.

Does anyone know why it’s not working properly or has a solution?

Reboot everything & try again.  It should only spin for 1 second then pop-up a dialog for you to click.

Also if using windows, for me best results are when running the app with admin rights (right click run as administrator)

Thank you, I was using an older version of the software. It seems to be working ok now
