I know there's been a lot of naysaying about the DJI's repair process. The negativity largerly stems from impatience and wanting a truly incredible piece of technology back in owner's hands and into the skies.

My Mavic was having severe connection drops and I ended up shipping it back on Feb 10. The whole process of receiving, evaluating, "reparing" (repalcing), and shipping back took 18 days.

Overalll the process was flawless. I received a brand new replacement Mavic (the box was pretty beat up though). Just flew this morning and the flights were flawless. My confidence in flying and in DJI's customer support is fully restored.

Lesson here: Be patient.

DJI's here to be the best drone company in the world and they're well on their way.
