hey there . sorry about your crash. i had 1 also. its easy to say it had to be a malfunction when your not even aware or all its uses and features . this forum is very helpful and informitive and the moderators are great.                                   usually if you just post your case # and ask for some help  politlely , they will help out your case and even expitite it if possible. no reason to say they did anything misleading or illegal . DJI also say  in instuctions with your return lable  when sending back remove your sd card .  id use this time to read forum and watch youtube and learn all you can so you avoid future crashes and damages . good luck!!
