This is my attempt to test the setup times for both Mavic and Phantom.
Surprisingly, the phantom was faster by a minute!
Of course it is not 100% perfect test, but it is close. I tried to calculate as closely as I can for both drones.
From bringing them out of the bag, to the motors starting.
