I cant seem to unzip the downloaded file to extract the .BIN file from my Mac....what's the trick? Thanks in advance

Not an Apple user, but try this article -> How to Zip and Unzip Files and Folders on a Mac

After you download it, it will show the zip file in the bottom. Just clock that and it will unzip and open your downloads as a .BIN and copy that to your freshly formatted SD card.

Right click and use the command line "extract to" browse to you thumb drive/mini disk and go.
