I sent my drone to dji services in Carson,ca. I tracked the shipment n its been received, but i checked here for on repair update and it says that i should send my drone to them because i have 30 to do so or my case will be closed

Today, taking advantage of the weather is good,I went to west Auckland want to go out to shoot the scenery, who knows, accidentally,a mistakes
Not a big area but I seach in the jungle looking for nearly 3 hours, no trace of all.
is there any one have any idea, advise advice, help me out please!!!

Do you get any error messages popping up on the screen when activating it?
Have you ever upgraded the firmware?
Would you please provide us your aircraft SN?

Sorry to hear about it, may I know you found it or not?
Please check the last GPS coordinate through flight records in dji go app and search it around.

Thanks Mindy but i still havent got an update on my drone and the worst part is that im taking a trip this weekend and i really wanted to take my drone and  get some aerial pictures of the island

Thanks again Mindy i just hope i get some good news after the reviewing assessment and that will make up for not being able to take my drone with me on my trip.
