Has anyone done any testing, etc, to see if there is any advantage using antenna range extenders on the Mavic RC?

But why a range extender for a Mavic? It can already fly 7km, and that couldn't even be achieved without RTH at ~5500m

Depends: not necessary in open area but might enhance transmission contact in areas with a lot of woods blocking partially the sight to MP

Was going to buy them but I read in a few different places that the ones for mavic pro are all a waste of money.

Don't bother...Save your money... I keep LOS and I get 21000' range without a hiccup!
