Dear all

I've got a Mavic and out of the box it is saying (in the iOS app) front facing sensors error, please calibrate. When I go to the calibration and move the Mavic in the square it's not doing anything. Therefore I tried to use DJI Assistant 2 (1.1.0 for Win 10) but here I get an error "Frame alignment error". I've tried 2 Win 10 pc's and a lot of different screen resolutions, with the same problem. When checking the log I see the error below. Who has an idea how to fix this?

This may sound silly but did you take the stickers off the two front cameras?

hi D,

thanks for the reply

this is not so silly. I did had one sticker on the sensor (at the maiden flight), but then I removed it and the error came back... That's why I tried the Windows application but without success. I see more of the same issues and there the fix was switch to another pc, but I've only got 2 .
