I've purchase the Dji Refresh for my Mavic Pro. It keeps giving me a message saying it does not recognize my Aircraft Serial number. I got the S/N from the craft Battery compartment and also from the email sent me when I purchased the policy. Had anyone out there had this problem and could possibly turn me in the right direction. Thanks
