All,

    I got Galaxy TAb s2 8" (SM-T713, Android 6.0.1). Once I turn RC on "DJI Go 4" popup starts to appearing and disapearing continuously and never connects to the tab.

    I went to Best Buy to return SM-T713 and discovered that they got SM-T710 in display. Most meople refering these different models as "Galaxy Tab S2".

    I read somewhere that SM-T710 doesn't have that issue. So, I'm considering to buy one. I suspect that with OS upgrade or possibly with some update Samsung changed something.

    Did anyone try to use SM-T710 running Android 6.x?

I have the same tablet (9.7")(SM-T810, ANDROID 5.1.1) which connects just fine to DJI Go 4.  Just saying!

I have the same device. It works by having AC & Controller powered on, then restart tablet and plug in cable while restarting.

+1 what hootbird said - that's the exact same process I use with a SM-T713.  A bit of a drag, but works.

Had exact same problem on the T813 version of the S2. Ended up rooting and installing Android 7 to get it to work. Voided my warranty but at least it works now.
