So i bought a SanDisk Extreme PLUS (brand new) to replace the 16gb Lexxar in my Mavic pro.
I got this error in the start, but i formated it in the Mavic and it worked just fine.

Now it gives me this error every single time i turn the Mavic pro on, both in RC mode and in WIFI.

At first, i would think i got a faulty SD card, but if i take out the sd card and put it in again (while the Mavic is on) it works very well!
Also, footage is great! so i don't know what the problem really is.

The Lexxar works just fine though... and i have tried formating the 64gb SanDisk from ExFat to Fat32 with no go.

Anyone else having simmilar problems?

[FIXED] The SD Card was faulty returned it for a new one.

Yes i have.
It formats fine when i reinsert the sd card while the Mavic is on, but i still get the error later on.
It says format failed when i try to do this while having the "Unknown Error"

This is also why it might be plausible that this is a software issue since it works just fine after the re-insert.
But it seems to be only me having this problem.

Your other sd card, the lexxar works fine? Might be a hardware issue with the sd card, I would contact SanDisk directly.

I would format it fat32 64k alloc units. Then copy 64 gigs of files onto the card, check speed during copy and verify all the files are good. There's a lot of knock offs made. The color doesn't look right to me.

No worries, learnt the hard wary but sometimes it's better to pay extra and buy electronics from a trustworthy source as there a lot of counterfeits of everything out there.

I returned the Sandisk Extreme pluss and got a new. All good so far!
As i have never ever had problems with Sandisk in the past, i thougth this might be a Mavic Pro fault, but i was wrong

Thanks again!

Once in a while I'll get a bad SD card too. Glad you've returned it and got it sorted out.
