I have updated it from the sdcard, (because i got firmware broken message if i tried from the controller) noted various improvents on the pro+ and looks based on android 5.1.1
when i update by the sd card on the controller thirst i've got "initialling system update" message with the android robot .. second "error" with a dead robot on screen and finally i've got "update failed. error code: 800" message on screen.
Any update on Update Package Broken. The RC asks if I want to redownload, I say yes, and it keeps give me the broken message. Yes, good connection to my home wifi, vert fast connection. Also on my controller homepage, it tells me a new firmware package is available, but when I connect the drone to the RC and hit the update banner, nothing happens, just goes to the instruction page and then back again. Yes, I have rebooted the drone and RC many times. Can anyone please help?
We are very sorry to hear about the problem you are having with your DJI product. Unfortunately after troubleshooting we suggest that you send the faulty controller to us for repair.
GO app still crashing on the Plus , updated both P4P and remote with new firmware
2 flights and both times GO crashed with the message that GO has stopped responding (wait or continue)
a screen reset worked first time second only a reboot of the controller would bring back the GO flight app.

Would you please help export the crash log?
Please connect the remote to your PC and find it here: /sdcard/DJI/dji.pilot.pad/LOG/CRASH. Then uploda it to Dropbox and post the link here.

Please go to "System settings"--"Application"--and find "System-upgrade", click on it, clear the cache or clear the data, then upgrade it again.
Also you can try to upgrade it with SD card, here is the tutorial:

Please turn off the WiFi on the controller, then go to Settings--Storage(under device)--Cached data, click on it and clear the chched data. Then go back to Storage--Erase SD card to format the SD card.
Afther that, please put the bin file into the root of SD card and try again as the tutorial. Hope it works.
