Very strange. Settings set on 30 FPS, 4k. But got only 6 FPS video (this is written in the file details and also Premier Pro shows 6,23 FPS).  How it is possible to get video with 6 FPS? Also with this program screen blinks regularly (used with Osmo mobile, Android).

Checked other videos, 6 fps, 17 fps. That program change frame rate by itself.
Those who have experience with Filmic pro usage, does it work correctly?

check your settings again, there are two settings for playback and record. Save your settings ( for example 60 fps record/60 fps playback) to a preset and it will automatically load on every startup.

usually smartphones recording variable frame,depense how fast is motion,so 6fps is min, 29.97max ,same 59.97fps is max if in setting 1080x60fps
