I am looking for a drone to complete bridge inspections for the government.  I need the drone to have the following capabilities:

1)      GPS
2)      Create geo-referenced maps and modeling
3)      Thermal imagery
4)      The ability to film upwards ( I want fly the drone under a bridge and look upwards for cracks and damages as part of a bridge inspection)
