Hi. I have a OSMO RAW and OSMO X3. Working at 1080 50fps, when we change the battery, and turn it on again it goes to 4K. It is not always with all the batteries. Is there any solution for this?

Sorry, it's how it's designed. Some settings to reset to default after you changed the battery.
