Well forum members can't determine what DJI will be able to analyze so give them the original file and the CSV file to DJI Support.

You could also post screen shots of your battery flight log on here if you wanted to. There is a lot of information in those logs.  Also make sure you uploaded your DJI Go App to the DJI Cloud as they can see your records from there.

Best thing is let DJI check your logs and they can see what is going on with this battery.

As always leave it to DJI.  Forum members like myself are not decision makers for DJI.

We also can learn from others experiences and if there are issues learn to avoid the same pitfalls. That is why I posted my thread about my battery suddenly showing critical level at 35%.

It's so others can learn these batteries are intelligent but do have limitations and they do have an operating life. It's not like your car where you can service them.

Alright thanks to everyone that helped in trying to figure out my problem... I was really optimistic on if I could really get any good help from this forum. But u guys answered really quickly and helped a lot. I also found out many new things about my drone thank you again I'll definitely come back if I need it thanks.

Yes, I agree, you should give up on them. If you have lost three to the same problem then you are not learning from the experience.

Agreed but I have only payed for one and it has been repared both times and the both times it has not been my falt so I'm not going to give up now

I do not understand your problem really. I have done my best to test my drones flight to it's max capabilities and have yet to cause it to drop out of the sky.

Do u have a phantom 3 std bc I think going cheap at first is hurting me in the long run

I bought the P3S to learn on.  Seems to be the bird is better than the pilot.  Even flying 1.5km out over the ocean doesn't seem to be an issue for me.

I had the same problem and dji fixed it under warranty-said it was a battery communication error.  They sent me a new drone and promised me a new battery but 2.5 months later im still waiting on the promised battery.

Thanks you, i had to wait 4 monthes then finaly said u arnt going to give me a batery then im going to fly my drone the way it is and it happen again so im going to tell them that they better give me a new drone and batery or else there going to hear from me again

Not always. Some can have technical issues not related to piloting skills.

I flew my drone out over the ocean with no issues at all.
