Mindy is awesome and a great asset to this company along with all other moderators . Mine is in for repair as well. The mavic said are awesome and big seller. There are a lot of us that weather we crash or have malfunction or defect we have to send them back. This technology is is advanced repairing, as when we send everything back it all has to be checked in as unpacked and inventoried as so that minimal mistakes are made and our babies can move to next step. Most of us all buy the refresh as to its a great protection to back up our valuable investments. So if a bunch of crafts get sent back for various reasons and everyone has refresh, they still need to investigate why what ever problem is gapping to keep things from happening again in future for others. Before repairing or sending new craft out. These things do take time and there is back up currently. Nothing we can do. I assure you there is not a repair specialist sitting at there desk playing computer games waiting for your drone to get to them so they can hurry up and fix it for you. There are many crafts sitting and waiting for that repair specialist to get done with the 1 there working on to get to the next. Be great full DJI even has this forum and monitor it as they do. As many other companies of various different electronic devises have 1 # and can never get anyone on phone and nobody calls back.   Here you can just nicely chime in on a post and say hi, my case # is this and it been a few days and just like to know what's going on. Very quickly 1 of the great moderators on here will look things up and answer right back in a pretty timely mannor. So no need to make crazy or bad comments just ask for some help.  In addition this forum also offers great flying advice and you can basically get any questions about learning or flying your aircraft with all the options available you may not even know you have from every level of drone pilot on here.  Sorry for rant and just want to say Thankyou dji support!!! And They are all bad ass fun products that you make!!

Please post your case#, I received my mavic back a few weeks ago but has been having humble issues since. I sound up sending it back 3 days ago for repairs again but that was ok because I've since ordered the inspire 2 and X5s combo and it was shedual to be delivered a week early (yahhhh! Right) no it showed up defective and I had to send it in for an exchange the very next day...
