I'm really liking my Phantom 2 Vision+ HOWEVER, I need longer range waypoints than the limit of around 1700 feet from launch point that the iPhone Ground Station app seems to allow.  
I operate a farm (800 acres or 330 hectares)  and the current range is insufficent for me to reach all parts of my farm.  Is there a way to increase that range?  I haven't been able to find a way to do that.

This "feature" has annoyed me as well. Hint, hint, DJI. Anyhow, if you're using Android do a google search for "unofficial dji vision app". Someone has made a hacked version available with the restriction removed.
