Hello,

I bought the ProRes license and the 480 SSD, and it works fine shooting 4K, but won't let me shoot 5K.
Any ideas, or do you need to buy the Raw/DNG license to shoot 5K?

Yep - according to this specs table you need to have ProRes.

But it's a little bit confusing so I can't give you a 100% answer - can a DJI employee chime in maybe?

ProRes does not shoot 5.2k in 16:9, or 17:9.. go to 2.44:1 and you will get 5280x2160. Thats the closest you will get with ProRes. otherwise its 3840x2160 (16:9) or 4096x2160 (17:9)

So you are correct, 5.2k (5280x2972) at 16:9 is only shot in RAW.

In addition to Gybo's post, you have to make sure you are filming in the correct FPS and bitrate as well.
