Hi guys
after a small crash, the camera is off (black screen on my phone) and the gimbal settings icon on the phone has disappeared.
do any of you have experience like mine?

I would think you have a broken wire in the camera assy somewhere if it is not connecting to it at all .

You should probably send for repair. Good luck..

Kevin by support.nl sent me a link of DJI website for repair procedure but when I have filled all the fields, the process stucks because it ask me "select a contact or create a new contact" but I can't go on.
What contact do I have to select?

anyway now my mavic is in the hands of Biz model in Italy

If you haven't created your contact information before, you will need to create a new one.
