Same problem on new p3 4 k contacted support . Said calibrate IMU . Did not help . Gimbal compass calibration didn't help . DJI told me they will email me a shipping label . Got the email but giving me their address so I can pay for shipping both ways . Said 10-15 day turnaround . Brand new p3 4K
Mine has vibration in footage and the jello effect . Even sent video to online chat and support email . A shame to pay this much money for this and have to pay more for shipping if I want it fixed .

Are you looking to pay for a faster shipping time by paying for both ways? DJI is able to help pay for both ways.

I kinda new to, but are you using an approved SD card. It almost looks data overflow, where the data cannot be written fast enough to the memory.
It does look more like jello effect since there seemed to be a sudden jerk of the roll as well.

It is jello, caused by vibration of the camera system. The SD card has nothing to do with it, it either writes or not, in which case it stops recording.
