I allowed someone to take the controls of my P4P for a few minutes and when he handed back the controller the aircraft was snapping pictures continuously at 2 second intervals. How do you turn this feature on/off and control the interval?

In the camera settings section for photos, you can either take single or multiple shots. From there, you would see the optioned for timed shots for timelapse. I'd recommend to reset the camera settings for a quick solution.
