Hi all,

I've left my Phantom 3 Pro idle for sometime and just started to get it out again. The first thing I did was to update firmware which went fine for the drone but I've been quite stuck with the controller.

The Dji GO app shows my current controller firmware version to be 1.1.5 and according to instructions I downloaded the firmware and put in on a usb drive then inserted that in the controller and turned it on but nothing happens. Does anyone have any ideas for fixing this??

How long did you wait? It might take even 60second before update begins.
Where did you downloaded firmware? Did you format your usb stick, before putting firmware into it?

Could you please clarify which version of the firmware you have downloaded?
You need to update the firmware to 1.3.20 first, then you can update the firmware to latest version.

Downloaded latest firmware on bird then tried to download it on the remote with sd card but no luck finally used dji go app and successfully updated.
