Hi all,
I recently purchased my mavic pro fly more from carousell. A recognised Mavic Pro retailer. After my third flight (less than 2 weeks), the gimbal had malfunctioned. The gimbal caused the camera to slew continuously 30 degrees nose up and 210 degrees to the aft of my drone.
I had contacted DJI support but seems like my device wasn't warranted despite it being new. They claimed that a chargeable repair will be incurred. I'm not keen to be charged for a problem I deemed is of device's functionality.
May be mavic pro isn't so solid after all..
Anyone has similar experience? |
