I'm having the exact same issue as this:

Tilt axis power goes back and forth from 0 to 100 even with the camera completely still. Eventually powers off.

This issue started happening after I tried to update to latest firmware via Assistant for Mac. Tried both v.2.4 and 2.2.

Tried restoring to default. Still having tilt axis issue. Camera is balanced.
