1st I want to start off by saying just becuase this happen to me, doesnt mean its going to happen to everyone who orders an Inspire 1.

After the long month and a half wait DJI sent the inspire 1 apoun trying to start it for the frist time I recieved a message from the app telling me the remote is broken. I also bought the dual controller option and have yet to recieve my other one.

now what do you believe DJI should do to correct this?

Its a bug in the Android app, everything should work fine.
