Hi . Is an ipad mini. Think i read somewhere it hasnt the right proccessor in it to run the app now. Strange to think this doesnt work. Looks lile i might have to buy a new ipad just to view on a bigger screen.
Can the older version of the dji app still be downloadable ??

Im pretty sure my ipad is an ipad 2 mini. Just the wifi one not cellular.
But when i try download the app its says that its not compatable with my ipad

What is the exact nature of your issues?

Let's get this one resolved.

It should work with iPad mini 2,3,4. If you are sure its a mini 2, try uninstall the sw and try again....

I dont think you are able to download an older version of the app.

Can you go into the 'General Settings", then "About" and that will tell which iPad you have.

I have used the DJI Go app on iPad mini, since DJI GO App 4 doesn't install due to ios version.  It works, very slowly interface and has slight signal issues which makes the video very choppy like when trying to use a slower android device.   It is very borderline usable

It says MF432B/A

It is a couple years old

Ios is up to date.

Looks like a new ipad is on the cards

Do you know if the litchi app would work instead . Dont want to be paying £20 for something thats not going to work. Cheers for all the comments

Then the earlier speculation was correct: that's the original (unsupported) Mini.

Identify your iPad model

As for Litchi, googling it suggests that it will either work poorly or not at all.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but if you can afford it you'll be much happier with the brighter displays on the newer iPad models.

I have never used Litchi so I do not know what their minimum requirements are.

Thanks for your help guys . For now I'll just use the s7. New ipad or maybe an nvidia soon
