New version but i cant see any new features......

I checked the App Store and the latest version they show is 1.0.2?

1.Fix bug of motor unable to unlock.  <== we had a few forum members that had their motors locked and dji accidentally removed the "unlock motors" from the last version of the iOS app
2.Improve the interface. <=== absolutely no idea.

Thanks for clarifying for us.

Go to the DJI Products page and under the Inspire you will see Downloads. The update is for the Firmware in the Inspire itself and it takes care of some issues such as Drifting.

Rodger you are talking about the old 15-01-15 update for firmware we are talking about the 1.07 app released TODAY for android

Sorry, my mistake. But, there is a Firmware update for the Inspire itself and DJI asks that everyone do it. I would imagine that it is for both platforms?

Rodger, please do not confuse yourself.
The Firmware update is for your inspire 1 (the bird itself) so it is not referring to any platform i.e IOS or Android

This topic is on the Android app 1.0.7 and its updates and it has got nothing to do with the Firmware.

Please help. I do not get FPV (black screen) on my Andriod device - Samsumg Galaxy S5 and/or Samsung TAB 4 (both Andrion Kit-Kat 4.4.2
Connecting a Apple S5 (iOS) it works. Do I miss a setting on my andriod devices?

Yes - That was done.
Camera total black screen with Google map as a PIP (right bottom corner)
Say "DISCONNECTED" in the READY TO FLY block (middle top of screen)

Yes the USB debugging was enabled on the device

I loaded the new app last night. I had FPV but my maps page is blank. Also 2 minutes into flight the app stopped working

Drick, I realize that it is for the Inspire itself, I believe that is what I stated in my Post. What I didn't realize was that you were talking about the Android App update. My mistake on the confusion.

So to clarify there is no new pilot apps other than the one launched a few weeks ago. Right?

My last app software was 1.06, now as of yesterday im on 1.07. unless im way behind there is a new update on the app.  New firmware would be nice too.

ugh......... IOS pilot app is now looking better all the time.. Man I hate switching back and forth..Every week !!! lol
