Normally the turnaround time is about 2 weeks from delivery.
There might be little delay due to the backlogs.

I'm on day 23 including weekends. Be patient. I think I'm in the tail end of the repair and it will be sent out soon. Overall, service is willing to help. Wish they update the timeline on the website though.
