I sent my mavic in for repair / replacement due to a warranty issue with the camera. I needed it for a few weeks after the case was created so I sent it in late but was told that it wouldn’t be a problem. It still has not been marked as received although the UPS tracking says that it has been. It’s almost at the 30 day mark so I am concerned that the case will be automatically deleted before they scan it in. They have akready had it 2 buisness days. Can a DJI representative here escalate this?
