The other day I went to fly my P3S and when I started the motors the drone took off on its own went up about a foot and flipped on its back and I could not shut the .Otors down for about 30 seconds.  The only damage was broken props but this was very strange.  How do I get someone to look at this to see what happened.  My only guess is I had Litchi open in background and it wasn't forced closed but can DJI look at the flight record?  If so how do I send it after I synch it?

How did he manage to put the props on the wrong motors? That takes a bit of effort/force to cross-thread the props (if your friend has the P3).

You'd have to ask him. I guess he thought they were on properly.  He did write about it on the forums here and he is my friend who introduced me into getting a P3S.

Could you please sync your flight records through DJI GO APP firstly and let us know your APP account.
Then export the flight data as the instruction: https://support.dronesmadeeasy.com/hc/en-us/articles/206171443
We'll check it for you.
