can anyone recommend a good case for the Phantom Vision 2 +, I'm carrying it around in the box at the moment which isn't ideal.

Thanks

I bought the hard carry case for mine but wish I had bought a soft rucksack type. as mostly I'm hiking around looking for quiet places to fly.

Ebay UK or US have quite a few to choose from, just make sure the foam is already cut to shape if possible. Same for Amazon but they tend to be a bit more expensive from what I can see.

skyline97, I really like my Go Professional case. You can find many good options here:

Here's the one I have.  It was really a great buy for the price.  You have to look closely at the pi ...

That's a very popular case, but I wouldn't keep the props on when closed in that case as the foam at the top puts quite a bit of pressure on the props and I would be worried that it would distort them over time.

I bought mine from Tradecraft.  They make one for the v+ deep enough so you can keep the props on and there is no pressure from the top of the case.  The build quality is excellent, has wheels if you're into that, etc.  Amazing case.

+1 on the Tradecraft cases.  Fits the Vision Plus perfectly.  So far so good!

I would ask is how would you use the case?

If you are using it to travel local and maybe hike, then I would get a back pack type case. Some time when I go to the beach or on local trip it's nice to have a light weight case.

If am am traveling over night or going on a plan, then I would get a hard case, and see if you can get one to go over head. If you are going to check it in, then the hard case is always best,

I have both, but below is a link to a good case if you are going stay local.

The best case depends on your needs. I first bought a heavy plastic case but returned it for this one. I just needed something to store it and carry it in my vehicle.

this is my hard case:

here is my soft case:

the soft case is significantly lighter and much easier to carry around.  the hard case works much better to throw into the car on a trip when i want it to act more like a piece of luggage.  i like them both.  the hard case allows for prop guards but the soft case doesnt.
