I've seen a few people on YouTube with this issue.
It seems the only way to solve it is send it in for a replacement?
I contacted DJI chat support and while in a conversation, the support agent or "bot" kept repeating "Thank you for contacting DJI Technical Support! This is Kaye, how may I help you?"
I am starting to see a trend for DJI support. They don't want you to be able to contact them. Their email form is broken. The submit button does not work. WTF?
