My case number Is CAS-504419-C5K2G6 the Mavic Pro was received by the Netherland office on the 16/03/2017 at 10am and today 27/03/2017 after more then 11 days I don't even received a damaged assessment. I sent several email to different brunches of the support expressing my willing to use the Dji care refresh replacement paying the extra fee, but guess what not even a reply. The Netherland phone number, responsibile for the Spanish customers after a long wait the phone call gets automatic disconnected. So does the Dji care refresh worth the money ? You make your own conclusion.
To me buyin form Dji website is like buy from one of this website, when your product get broken just forget about getting any after sale support. I strongly advice to do not buy any Dji products until they change something with their customers support.
