Just opened up our new MX an when powering on the gimbal is limp, any ideas? The remote is linked and still no reponse either.


Any ideas?

Do you have a camera connected? Have you ensured that the battery is fully seated in the Ronin? Have you activated the gimbal in the Assistant software?

Hello ! Brand new RONIN MX out of the BOX ! Does not start !!!!! In 2 Days we have shooting !!!!
Who is responsible  ???  PLEASE HELP ! We need to get this working !
The RONIN thing should be RELIABLE ! Was preparing the best epic review video ever for this product! But.... can't start it !

I ended up going to the Assistant app and then tapping the calibration button and it started it right up. no issues ever since
