After not hearing from dji for the 4 weeks that they have had my drone i finaly put a call in and after 48 min i finaly got a hold of someone they said we were soposed to have a responce by now they said they would have a supervisor call us tomorrow. any one else strugiling with the langthy delays. Is alot of people getting random crashes like i did?

I believe they want you to click the reply at the bottom of Dji Natalia's post and type "OK" so that it sends her a reminder to look into your case.

I got my drone today and I am wondering if I should get a new battery BC on the other forums it said that my battery is bad
