After not hearing from dji for the 4 weeks that they have had my drone i finaly put a call in and after 48 min i finaly got a hold of someone they said we were soposed to have a responce by now they said they would have a supervisor call us tomorrow. any one else strugiling with the langthy delays. Is alot of people getting random crashes like i did?
