Hi all,

I powered my AC today to find an error on the DJIGO app that said "critically low voltage". It wouldn't let me take off because of it.

My battery was fully charged with all 4 green lights. I restarted the aircraft and radio and the message did not appear again.

I'm worried about flying now, paranoid it'll happen mid flight and auto land.

What do you think?

I had that problem with both of my extra batteries the first time I used them. It never happened again, but you might want to fly the batteries to 30% in a safe environment first, see if anything abnormal occurs.

Have you tried cleaning the contacts on both the battery side and the aircraft side?

Cleaned the contacts, error hasn't come back however went out to fly and noticed the status lights flashing a long red every 10 secondes. Overall status is showinf as normal?

I had this too, right after a firmware update that included batteries. All of my batteries did the same, power down and up removed the message. Glitch from the update?

Could it be a warning you're near a DJI NFZ?

I had the same problem the first time I used one of my batteries, powered down/up and never saw the message again.

Is that what the status light means? Because yes I am travelling and I am about 1/2 mile away from a no fly zone. I actually had to drive away because my hotel is in the NFZ.

I wonder if that's what it is!

I don't know - I'm just trying to solve the puzzle!

Well I hope you're right!

Batteries are charging again now, I'll be out in a few hours to test away from the NFZ.

Keep us posted on how it went. If you haven't done so already, I would recommend resetting to factory defaults in the Assistant 2 Software to see if that makes a difference. It will clear out any odd presets, but it won't reset the firmware.

So actually it was indeed the no fly zone that was causing the red status lights. I've been flying since far away from the zone with no issues.

The battery warning on the other hand was a glitch, it hasn't reappeared.
