Hey all, I got an email last week thanking me for an order I placed with DJI.  Knowing I did not place any orders I thought it was strange so I logged in to my account and there was in fact an order placed on my account using my $91 DJI credit. I have no clue who this person is. His name and shipping address are on my account - I guess he added them when he placed the order and stole my credits. How do I get my credit back??  I emailed DJI twice and this is what I get back:

That's crazy.  Google the address "460 Copper Drive 054688, , Newport DE, 19804"  Lots of scamming and fraud associated with it.

Any chance your email account was hacked?

Sorry for your experience, Chad.
You account seems to be hacked, to get back the DJI credit, the power cable and car charger kit must be sent back to DJI.
Maybe you can try to contact the buyer as the information showing in your account to see if he could correct it for you.

You can't be serious.   A customer's account is hacked and it's their responsibility to get the goods back to DJI?  It's actually DJI's responsibility to make sure accounts are secured and you have a legal obligation to assist investigating the breach as well as provide a refund when it's proven the purchases were fraudulent.

@fans547492b0 I'd contact your local BBB http://www.bbb.org/new-jersey/ and your local office of consumer affairs.  http://www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/ocp/Pages/default.aspx.

This site is hosted by Amazon in the US and you bare no responsibility regardless of what DJI claims.

Wow. Just wow... I cannot believe that the only solution DJI offers is to contact the individual who hacked him. That's the ONLY way to get the credits back? Ugh. Sorry, man.

DJI seems to suggest you drive out to the crooks location and confront them.  I suggest you go armed.

Same issue this week. An order using my credits shipping to the same address.  You would think DJI would be interested in this scam.  Lots of nefarious activity associated w this address.   Shame on DJI.
