Hello DJI service team,
there is any chance to get update on my case - CAS-490382-G9S5F9. My phantom is in your hand from 14.03(delvered by UPS) at 22.03 changed status to "Conducting Damage Assessment It will take 1-2 working days to conduct damage assessment. Please wait patiently."
Now we have 30.03 - 6 working days after last upadte and more than two weeks form delivery...
