I was wondering what delivery time is for you when you ordered the Mavic the latest month?

I was told about a week at the beginning, before I ordered. After a week I asked for an estimate, they said 2 weeks from the time I asked.

Now I asked them again and they say 5-7 weeks.

Do you get your orders delivered?

What's annoying is their chat support. Some robot or chinese person, who don't understand much.

The support on the forum was great. The email support is a bit confusing, with different people on the case CC'ing and stuff about every conversation they're having internally.

Am I really the only one or are you guys experiencing the same? I am tired of it now

Luckily I had another Mavic Pro for some time, but that was stolen a week ago. (Can you track it somehow if the theif turn it on or is it lost forever?)

I don't know about tracking, but dji might be able to deactivate it, it's worth checking it out. As regards customer service, maybe try phone call. The service is pretty poor at the moment. Good luck..

No, DJI can't track your device  nor does it offer such service.  Or you can image how it can be abused or what can happen if it's hacked.

What's your order number?　I can check it for you.

The online chat, email and call center are staffed in Philippines, btw.
