DJI Support is a joke.
I have asked for a replacement lightning lead because I keep losing signal and about 3 months down the line I have still not received one.
Each time I contact them they say they are waiting to hear from their spare parts department or they don't have stock.
Yet you can buy them online anywhere!
Originally they wanted to replace it using my DJI Care Refresh but I said this is a warranty replacement and I shouldn't have to use my Care Refresh for this.
I know I could buy one for £18 but that is not the point, if its faulty it should be replaced.
I am fed up with having to deal with such poor support.
How many others have had issues with DJI Support?
