So I am hoping for some help from some of the experts out there. Sorry in advance as I do not belong to any video editing forums.

I create videos for my instagram business page and I was wondering what the recommended size is for export in FCPX? I have seen alot of conflicting advice online, 1080x1080 or 640x640...I am hoping someone can clear it up for me.

Also a side question...does anyone know why on some videos I upload to youtube that are filmed and exported in 4K I can only view in 1440p?
I tested this by uploading the same video shot on my mavic in 4K and exported in 4K to my personal YT page and it shows only 1440p max, I just uploaded in to my new YT business page and it shows at 4K 2160p ?? what gives? they are the same exact file

Someone said it can be a glitch if you are logged into you tube, you see it at a lower res try logging out then view.
