This is the latest I have just received from "August":
"Dear Customer,
Please be noted that we are urgently checking with our warehouse of return status.
I will make the refund to you as soon as I can.
Best Regards"
I have been given this kind of response from DJI's support for the past two weeks, in one form or the other.
How long can DJI be checking the status with their warehouse????
As far as I am concerned, the refund should be processed the moment DJI got a status from DHL that I have declined the delivery. It means, that the product has not been opened and is in the same condition that DJI send me - new, unused.
2 weeks waiting for status confirmation from your own warehouse is unprofessional, if you ask me.
I am very disappointed... |
