Mavic returned unopened to DJI on 22nd March.

10 working days later and still no refund, just assurance that it will be processed as soon as possible.

I have already bought another Mavic from my local dealer in the mean time and I need this one to be refunded before Tuesday 11th April.
I need to clear this credit before CC company applies interest!

Is this really that problematic to initiate refund process as soon as you acknowledge the product is with yourselves?

I am tired of being annoying to you DJI forum guys here, as I know you can do only as much as ask around and push them.

Can you push them more?

This is the latest I have just received from "August":

"Dear Customer,
Please be noted that we are urgently checking with our warehouse of return status.
I will make the refund to you as soon as I can.
Best Regards"

I have been given this kind of response from DJI's support for the past two weeks, in one form or the other.

How long can DJI be checking the status with their warehouse????

As far as I am concerned, the refund should be processed the moment DJI got a status from DHL that I have declined the delivery. It means, that the product has not been opened and is in the same condition that DJI send me - new, unused.

2 weeks waiting for status confirmation from your own warehouse is unprofessional, if you ask me.

I am very disappointed...
