Hello ,
I bought my brand new Mavic Pro yesterday .
Unpacked normally , charged everything and set up the drone .
When everything was ready to flight , I turned on my remote controller and then the Mavic .
I opened the app (DJI GO 4) and it said - "disconnected" at the top of the screen .
When im grabbing both sticks down and move it aside at the same time (completley normally) its writing "UNACTIVATED" .
I tried to fly it without the phone . But it still writes - "UNACTIVATED , CHECK THE APP" .

I dont know what to do .
Please help me .

You need to activate the Mavic, which you can do by plugging it into your computer via USB and using the DJI Assistant 2 program. I'd strongly encourage you to read the manual before trying to fly.

By the way , I've never seen anyone "activating" their Mavic .
Why is it happening ?

Each new Mavic has to be activated before it can be used. Basically it just associates your Mavic's serial number with your DJI account.

Thank you , I didnt really know that "activating" is needed .
Never seen anyvideo about it so never thought about that .
I will do it , and I will notice you if it worked or I had a problem .

You will need to calibrate the compass and also sync each (smart) battery as well.
